Guarantee Policy
This reservation must be guaranteed to a credit card which will not be debited prior to check-in time. The pre-authorization for validity Credit card with the total room rates is a must.
Cancellation Policy
Melody Hotel Xian must receive your cancellation 2 days before arrival. After that date, you will incur a fee equal to 1 night stay. We will bill your credit card for that amount.
